Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. For international orders, shipping is £100 including insurance for your purchase.

International Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days (£100 fee)

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 28-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please email our customer care team at enquiries@lulukachoo.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll receive further instructions on how to proceed.
At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Unfortunately, bespoke, engraved, or custom-made jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your bespoke order.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or repair.
Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 28 days, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
Jewellery Care
To keep your jewellery looking its best:

- Remove before swimming, showering, or using harsh chemicals.
- Use a soft cloth to clean and polish.
Solid gold and platinum pieces are waterproof, but we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water for gold vermeil and silver jewellery to maintain their longevity.
