At Lulu Kachoo, we take pride in your jewellery reaching you safely and securely. Please review our production and shipping information before placing your order.
UK Shipping: Free on All Orders
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
- Delivery time: 2–5 business days after your order has been completed and dispatched (typically within 4 weeks).
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping: £100 including Insurance
For all international orders, including orders to the EU, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £100. This includes:
- Fully insured shipping
- Secure protective packaging
- Global tracked delivery
- Delivery time: 7–30 business days after your order has been completed and dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
- Express international shipping: Available upon request. Additional fees may apply.
Production and Processing Time
All Lulu Kachoo jewellery is made to order. Please allow approximately 4 weeks from the date of purchase for your piece to be made, quality checked and prepared for dispatch.
The four-week timeframe refers to the production and processing of your jewellery. The delivery times stated above are additional and begin once your order has been dispatched.
If your order is required by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing. We will always try to accommodate time-sensitive requests where possible, but earlier completion or delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Customs and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges determined by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the £100 international shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Lulu Kachoo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any customs duties or import charges applied to an international order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so that you can monitor its delivery.
